Meet Gabe

It is with great honor that I am able to do this work. My massage journey began in 2016 on the Big Island of Hawaii, where I quickly fell in love with both massage and the complexity of the human body. This career has since taken me across the globe, allowing me to collect experiences and continually learn from diverse teachers, clients, and cultures. My approach to massage is always guided by deep respect for the nervous system and careful attention to the type and amount of work it can safely receive. I combine techniques from tui na, lomi lomi, deep tissue, Trager, trauma-informed touch, and myofascial release, and I often integrate tools such as cupping, gua sha, and alternating hot and cold towels. Outside of bodywork, my second passion is for plants and their remarkable capacity to support healing; I frequently incorporate plant allies in the form of carefully chosen essential oils, salves, tinctures, or liniments to complement the massage.

My goal in session is to provide deep energy healing with hands-on work to ease emotional and subtle tensions that affect posture, pain, and well-being. Using presence, breath, and gentle techniques, I help release stuck energy and restore flow. Sessions can include body awareness, nervous-system support, and light touch or non-contact methods. Many clients feel calmer and more centered. I adapt each session to a person’s needs and boundaries to support lasting healing alongside physical bodywork.
